1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dex Central website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Dex Central operates from Windhoek, Namibia and all transactions are conducted in Namibian Dollars (N$).

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately on our website, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colours, or other content are error-free. Pokémon cards and board games may vary slightly from images shown. All products sold are genuine and officially licensed unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Namibian Dollars (N$) and include VAT where applicable.
• We accept payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to our designated bank account.
• Orders are only processed once payment has been confirmed. Proof of payment may be requested.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. However, orders already placed and paid for will be honoured at the original price.

4. Orders & Fulfilment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
• Shipping is free for orders over N$2,000. Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout.
• We will provide tracking information where available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Namibia.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.

5. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items will be shipped once they are released and available in our inventory. Estimated release dates are provided as a guide and may change. Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. If a pre-order is cancelled by us due to stock unavailability, you will receive a full refund.

6. Sell Your Cards

Our "Sell Your Cards" feature allows you to submit Pokémon cards for evaluation. By submitting:

• You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the cards submitted.
• Photos and information provided will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating your submission.
• Offers are made at our sole discretion based on current market value, card condition, and demand.
• Offers may be made as cash or store credit. Store credit offers are typically higher than cash offers.
• Submitting cards does not obligate you to accept any offer, nor does it obligate us to make an offer.
• We accept English-language cards only. Minimum card value thresholds apply (see our Sell Your Cards page for details).

7. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dex Central or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Pokémon and related trademarks are property of The Pokémon Company and Nintendo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Namibian law, Dex Central shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
